The Tactical TP-TPS12-5DC power supply provides a switch mode regulated 12.4Vdc at up to 5A via its primary output channel (to power loads such as voltage sensitive CCTV cameras). It includes a separate 13.8Vdc, 1.4A channel to keep your standby battery charged - making the TP-TPS12-5DC a 6.4A power supply.
In the event of a 240V mains failure, the TP-TPS12-5DC automatically re-regulates the 13.8V standby battery voltage to 12.4Vdc ensuring that sensitive equipment is not subjected to higher, potentially damaging voltages.
