Already have a CSD Trade Account?
With a current account, you can use this site to check pricing, obtain quotes and place orders. To get started, simply head on over to our login page and request a new login for our website. Once you've registered, your request will be assessed by your local CSD manager and should you be approved, an email will be sent to you with your new login details.

If you have logged into our old website since February, 2016 then the following steps will apply. If you have not logged into our site since then you will need to request a new login here.

For security and stability, it is highly recommended that you view this website with the most up-to-date version of your browser. Compatible browsers include Google Chrome v2+, Mozilla Firefox v10+, Safari v6+ and Internet Explorer v10+.
How can I obtain a quote?
Add items to your shopping cart or enter items, by item code, in the ‘Fast Order’ screen as you would for a standard order. Once you’ve done added all your items, simply go to the ‘checkout’ and select the quote option. Then press submit as per normal and your quote will be emailed to you.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, your order can be as large or as small as you require!
How do I know if my order has been placed?
Once you have submitted your order, the website sends a confirmation email back to you with an order number as well as cc’ing a copy to your local branch (or the branch you have selected as your pickup location). This email hit your inbox within 5min after submission.
Can I change my order?
You will need to contact your local store to amend your order. There is an order number on your confirmation email that you can reference.
What if there is a stock or other issue?
A CSD team member will get in touch if there are any issues with your order.
Why does my order summary show a different price to the invoice?
The order summary tells you what you have ordered, however in some instances it can't calculate the absolute cost (if you have selected the delivery option, for example). In this case, it will show your order but leave the cost of this item until invoicing when the correct amount is calculated.

How can I request a new price list?
Contact your account manager or head to our contact page and submit a price list request.
Where do you deliver and how much will it cost?
We have 8 stores across the country, so it depends where your closest store is and size of your order (e.g. 6 boxes or 6 pallets)! It's best to contact your local store here for an accurate estimation.
Don't forget you can always speak to the account manager about customised deals to suit your needs.
Does my order ship immediately?
All orders are reviewed by a CSD team member prior to being shipped.
Can I pay for my order online?
At this point in time, we cannot accept account payments online. To pay for your order, or to make a payment to your account, contact your local CSD branch.
How do I reset my password?
How do I change my account details?
Easy, you can update your email, phone number, address and password when logged in via the My Account Tab. Simply select the relevant option in the dropdown menu, update the relevant fields and press save.
Default fields in your individual account are locked. If you wish to change these, please contact your preferred store here to request changes.
How can I access product technical support?
To speak with one of our technical support officers, simply call our national number on 1300 319 499 and follow the prompts.

How can I download firmware?

How do I make a return or a warranty request?
If you have an item that needs to be returned to CSD, download a Goods Return Form from our documents centre to complete. This form must be returned with your goods before your return can be processed.
