Switched DC Power Hub, 4 Way, Fire Door Release Relay

The 4-way Switched DC Power Hub is a universal 1-in-4-out power distribution and switching hub, specifically designed for distribution and switching of DC power to electronic door locking devices. It offers a single input for connection to a DC power supply and 4 universal fused outputs with each output offering both 'Always On' and 'Switched' connections.

This allows other control systems (such as Fire System Controllers) to disconnect power to locks etc. under certain conditions to provide free access at access controlled emergency exit Doors.

The control sense input can be configured for normally closed/normally open contacts or constant 12V/24VDC outputs from the external control system.

The Switched DC Power Hub is a power hub providing four separately fused power outputs.

Each output is equipped with:

• A switched DC power connection that can be used to power electric locks and any other devices that require power to be removed under certain conditions.
• An unswitched DC power connection. A single Control Input is provided that is connected to Dry contacts or a DC voltage from a control system.

A relay output is also available to provide feedback to a monitoring system to indicate the current state of the outputs.

• 2x Input connections from host power supply
• 4x Switched or non-switched outputs (fused)
• Fuse fail indicators for each fuse
• Feedback relay output - normally open/normally closed contacts
• Control/trigger input options include:
• Normally closed or normally open (0V) dry contacts
• 12-24VDC line monitoring (threshold 2V)
