Powerstack technicians can be contracted to support Powerstack system installation or service. Service fee is per technician required and on a standard day rate, not including travel or other expenses. Consultation and support time on site is subject to change based on supplied information and situational analysis once at the job site. Powerstack technicians shall not be responsible for mechanical attachments, electrical wiring, or product performance of payloads not supplied by Powerstack. For products under warranty, company Terms and Conditions state that any such claim shall be for parts, not site time or labour.
