The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking, packaging and dispatching orders
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Offloading and loading pallets
  • Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies
  • Ensure safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use
  • Liaise with couriers related to orders and deliveries
  • General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
  • Customer contact for orders and ETAs

The Role

As the result of a recent internal promotion, we currently have an exciting full-time opportunity within our Head Office. We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Administrator to support our finance team. This role has the flexibility to work between home and the office location in Tullamarine.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing account applications
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Maintaining Accounts Receivable files and records
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Post Customer Payment by Recording EFT, Cheque & Credit Card Transactions
  • Handling incoming customer calls and arranging payments
  • Responding to AR queries from the sales team including providing reports or document copies
  • General adhoc administration duties

The Role

Duties & Responsibilities

Working with a young and dynamic team of technical support and reporting directly to the Technical Services Manager ANZ and Technical Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Service incoming calls to our National Technical Support Line
  • Provide technical expertise for security products, including IP Networks, CCTV, DVRs, Cameras and Wi-Fi solutions - for the national business.
  • Solve technical problems and communicating with people over the phone (primarily) and face-to-face
  • Offer remote Technical Support for our customers in-field and internal employees, across all areas of our security products
  • Troubleshoot HW/SW issues, IP network dilemmas and assisting our sales team in supporting our customers.
  • Give pre-sale consultations and post-sales advice on both IP and Analogue technologies
  • Setup systems in-house to simulate and troubleshoot problems in-field
  • Assist in the evaluation process for new security products
  • Support tender bids and provide technical input for quotes

The Role

We are currently seeking a Purchasing & Major Orders Assistant to support our Purchasing & Forecast team. This role has the flexibility to work between home and the office location in Tullamarine.

Duties & Responsibilities

The Purchasing and Major Orders Assistant will join the Purchasing and Forecast/Major Orders team and will be primarily responsible for entering purchasing orders and processing customer’s orders.

This is a multi-functional role that works closely with the eight sales branches located nationwide. Reporting to the Purchase & Forecast Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Processing POs and working closely with the Purchasing department, reporting, and filing as well as data entry.
  • Managing supplier invoices, retrieving invoices, and working with invoice discrepancies.

8. Operations Manager - Balcatta, WA

The Role

Central Security Distribution (CSD) have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated team player as an Operations Manager for our Balcatta and Bibra Lake branches. In this role you will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete operations of the Anixter WA's warehouse
  • Review OH&S in both Anixter and CSD WA. Ensure all warehouses are safe
  • Approve CSD WA operational invoices (freight, forklifts, racking etc.)
  • Assist with the implementation of new policies and procedures in relation to the warehouse environment
  • Assist the Regional Operations new role in building management
  • Produce and maintain reporting as required
  • Maintain a good working relationship with both CSD and Anixter sales teams
  • Other general duties as required
