The Role

Due to the continued growth of our business, Central Security Distribution (CSD) have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated team player as a Warehouse Associate for our Seven Hills office.

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Picking, packaging and dispatching orders
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Offloading and loading pallets
  • Counting and checking stock to ensure quality control and solving stock discrepancies
  • Ensuring safe warehouse operations, especially regarding forklift use
  • Liaising with couriers in relation to orders and deliveries
  • General maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse
  • Customer contact for orders and ETAs

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Previous experience in a similar role or electronic retail industry is beneficial

3. Products Administration Assistant - Seven Hills, NSW

The Role

Due to the continued growth of our business, Central Security Distribution (CSD) have an outstanding career opportunity for a highly motivated team player as a Product Administration Assistant located in our Seven Hills office.

This is a data-focused role and centres around providing administrative support to our Products & Marketing department. Reporting directly to the Products & Marketing Administration Manager, the successful candidate should have a passion for, and experience in, technology and multimedia. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and then updating our website with images and information
  • Inputting and maintaining data in excel and CRM
  • Producing, proofing, and updating documentation
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Obtaining, calculating, and providing product pricing
  • Creating part numbers, and sourcing information regarding parts
  • Communicating, via phone and email, with each CSD branch
  • Creating and storing Compliance documents
  • Updating spreadsheets
  • General administration assistance for our busy Products team
  • Keeping up to date with CSD's products and marketing initiatives
  • Maintaining a smooth flow of work between different departments (products, technical, procurement, marketing)
  • Providing regular reports to senior management
  • General adhoc duties and admin support

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities

  • Intermediate-advanced MS Office skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
