The Role

In this role of Internal Technical Sales, you will become the first point of contact for the branch, and autonomously manage the busy trade counter for all technical queries and assistance. The Role

In this role of Branch Team Leader, you will be directly reporting to the State Manager of Western Australia. You will become the first point of contact for the branch, and autonomously manage the busy trade counter for all technical queries and assistance customers with your team. You will be responsible to lead our small, yet dynamic trade counter sales team based at Balcatta. You will maintain a high level of customer service by building customer rapport, and ensuring all phone, counter and email enquiries are handled efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing the internal teams to ensure smooth operation of the sales process
  • Continuously training staff members on internal processes and task delegation where needed

The Role

In this role of HR Generalist, you will be directly reporting to the HR Manager of Australia and New Zealand. You will be the first point of contact for all HR related matters for our employees and managers across Australia. You will be responsible to manage and complete employee life-cycles and assist with various HR projects and initiatives in the ANZ region.

Duties & Responsibilities

Recruitment and onboarding

  • To manage the end-to-end recruitment process right from posting the advertisements to final reference checks
  • Prepare new employee paperwork and onboarding materials
  • Liaise with internal departments including IT and Accounts to facilitate onboarding requirements
  • Accurate record maintenance and social media marketing with future recruitment plans in mind
